If you are not delighted with your caricature, we will refund you right away. This means that if you are unhappy with your caricature and you don't want us to fix it, you get your money back. No strings. No ifs, ands or buts. And no questions asked.

All you need to do is only send an email to our friendly Customer Support Department at [email protected] during our 20-day inspection period indicating that you wish to refund.

Once we receive your e-mail, we will immediately refund you. The credit will cancel out the charge, so it won't even touch your cash flow!

However, our "satisfaction guarantee" is normally based on your original instructions. In case you would like the changes on caricature after the caricature's completed. New changes/requests not found in the original instructions that may require re-drawing the entire caricature is considered a new order, and will be charged accordingly.
